Akhil Barar

CEO

Akhil joined Organica in 2009 as Head of Engineering Services and quickly advanced to manage Project Execution, Global Sales, and later became COO in 2017, overseeing Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Engineering. As CEO, he now reports to the Board and manages the company’s full P&L. Prior to Organica, Akhil held roles at CH2M Hill, Nuchem, Weir Group, and Veolia Water, specializing in desalination and water treatment across the UK, Middle East, and India. He has experience in project delivery for industries like oil & gas, breweries, and municipalities.

Attila Bodnár

Executive VP, Co-founder

Attila brings over 50 years of experience in corporate management and architectural design. Before co-founding Organica, he built two successful businesses in the U.S., including serving as Managing Partner at Denker & Bodnar Architects, where he led award-winning projects up to $45 million in the NY metropolitan area. He also co-founded a safety tech startup that was acquired by a Fortune 500 company within five years. At Organica, Attila has been a key driver of business development, strategic planning, product development, and marketing for over 20 years. Remy Blanc

CTO

Remy has 29 years of experience in wastewater treatment, specializing in facility design, start-up, and optimization. He is skilled in various technologies, including activated sludge, MBBR, SBR, and MBR, as well as advanced sludge treatment. Remy began his career at Israel's largest WWTP and later managed the Jerusalem WWTP. He has worked as a process engineer, operations consultant, and VP of Plant Operations at Aqwise Ltd. Remy co-founded Aquanos, developing algae-based wastewater treatment technology.

Suresh Muthusamy

Business Head – ASEAN

Suresh, Business Head of ASEAN at Organica, leads sales and customer relations in the Southeast Asian market. With 25 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, he joined Organica in 2013. Before this, Suresh worked at an EPC company providing turnkey water solutions and held roles at PT Southern Chemicals & Engg (rising to CEO) and Thermax. He has managed projects ranging from seawater desalination to MBR-based sewage treatment across various industries.

Sunil Bhola

Senior Director – Contracts

Sunil, Senior Director of Contracts at Organica since 2013, oversees project delivery and client handover. He previously managed sewage and water treatment projects at Degremont India for clients like Delhi Jal Board. With 25+ years of project management experience, he has led turn-key projects across various industries in Nigeria, Azerbaijan, and Siberia.

Óscar Palomino

Business Head – EMEA, Projects

Oscar joined Organica in 2017 with over 21 years of water and wastewater industry experience. He has been involved in all project phases, including engineering, tender management, and commissioning. Prior to Organica, he led business development for Veolia's industrial market in Spain and Portugal and also worked with Xylem. Now, as Business Head of EMEA and Projects at Organica, Oscar brings a valuable mix of technical expertise and commercial insight to his role.

Blanka Bolgár

Associate Director – Business Intelligence

Blanka joined Organica in 2011 and has since managed R&D grants, established the (virtual) project management office, and led improvements in resource planning, ERP, CRM, and reporting systems. She collaborates closely with the CEO on growth initiatives. Previously, Blanka worked as a consultant, project manager, and university assistant lecturer.

Tímea Kozma

Director – Finance & Legal

Tímea has 21 years of financial experience and joined Organica 11 years ago, now leading the Finance Team. She established project and financial reporting, budgeting, and worked closely with auditors on IFRS-based accounting. Previously, she worked at the National Textbook Publishing House (Sanoma Group), handling monthly consolidation, and started her career as a controller in FMCG manufacturing.

Parakh Oswal

Director – People & Culture

Parakh has over 24 years of diverse HR experience, with more than 14 years at Organica, where she currently serves as the global Director of People and Culture. She has managed HR activities across Asia, excelling in organizational setup, policy formulation, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. With expertise in both Operational and Developmental HR, she specializes in establishing HR processes for start-ups.

Aman Kishore

Business Head – India

Aman brings 17 years of expertise in procurement, contracts, and techno-commercial roles. He joined Organica in 2012 as Associate Manager in Procurement and Contracts and has since progressed to Business Head in India. He has worked with major conglomerates like Bajaj Group, Adani Power, and Dalmia Cement, managing contracts for thermal power, solar, and road construction projects.
